Aureate — Kojic Acid, Turmeric & Carrot Soap

Aureate is a warm golden-orange hot-process soap crafted with beef tallow, coconut, avocado, babassu, hemp seed, and castor oils. Kojic acid, turmeric, carrot powder, coconut milk powder, honey, glycerin, white kaolin clay, and tussah silk create a rich, creamy, conditioning cleanse.

Its scent opens with bright, sweet orange and tangerine before settling into warm copaiba resin and soft vanilla. Each round, column-molded bar is handmade, so natural variations in color, texture, and appearance are part of its character.

How to use:

Wet the bar and work into a rich lather. Massage over damp skin, then rinse thoroughly. Keep the bar dry between uses. Avoid contact with eyes. External use only. As with any handmade product with plant-based or natural ingredients, patch test before use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Every Rot & Bloom bar begins with our house soap base of beef tallow, coconut oil, avocado oil, babassu oil, hemp seed oil, castor oil, sodium hydroxide, sodium lactate, and tussah silk.

From there, each soap takes its own path. Depending on the blend, a Rot & Bloom bar may include essential oils, botanical oleoresins, botanicals, clays, grains, spices, milks, extracts, or other ingredient-based additions. These bars are colored only by their ingredients—no micas, synthetic dyes, bio glitter, or fragrance oils.

Each bar weighs at least 3 oz. Because we handcraft each batch in small quantities, color, pattern, and appearance may vary slightly from bar to bar.
